Wrist Yoga Routine Causing Discomfort - Advice Needed

Hi everyone, I've been trying out a new wrist yoga routine as part of my wellness journey, but I'm experiencing some issues. The routine is highly recommended on wellness forums, but it seems to be irritating my wrists before I even start my main exercises. Oddly enough, I didn't have wrist pain until I began this routine. The twisting movements are particularly problematic - I had to take a break for a week after trying them. I'm feeling a bit discouraged and wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or has advice? At this point, I'm considering buying some yoga props to modify the poses, but I'm hoping I just need a short break rather than having to stop completely. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Be cautious with wrist yoga. Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain. Try modifying poses or using props for support. Gradually increase intensity and duration. Consider consulting a yoga instructor or physical therapist for personalized guidance and proper technique.

Take it slow and listen to your body. Wrist yoga can be intense for beginners. Try modifying poses, using props, or reducing the duration. If pain persists, consult a yoga instructor or physical therapist for personalized guidance. Don't push through discomfort.

Slow down, amigo! Wrist yoga should feel like a gentle taco fold, not a spicy salsa twist. Try modifying poses with props or reduce intensity. Listen to your body - if it's saying "no más," take a break. Remember, balance is key in yoga and kombucha brewing alike!
