Hit a milestone: 10 pull-ups at 280 lbs! How's that stack up?

Hey everyone, I've been doing a basic calisthenics routine most mornings for about 8 months now - just some pull-ups, push-ups, and squats to get the blood flowing before work. Usually I can crank out 4-6 pull-ups max. Well, this morning I surprised myself and knocked out 10 full pull-ups from a dead hang! I weighed in at 280 lbs today, so I'm pretty pumped about this. How does that compare to the average person? I know I've still got a ways to go with my fitness journey (probably around 35% body fat), but this feels like solid progress. Any thoughts on whether I should start adding weight to my pull-ups, even at my current size? Or just keep pushing for more reps? Appreciate any advice from the community!

Seeking advice on personalized supplement recommendations for a busy dad

Hi everyone, As a busy dad juggling work and family, I've struggled to figure out which supplements I should actually be taking. I've wasted so much time and money trying different things without really knowing if they're right for me. I recently came across an interesting new platform called myStack that claims to provide personalized, research-backed supplement recommendations. Has anyone tried it? From what I understand, it analyzes thousands of studies to give tailored advice on what supplements may be most beneficial for your specific needs and goals. It also helps optimize dosages and timing, and provides info on supplement quality. I'm intrigued by the idea of having evidence-based recommendations rather than generic advice. But I'm curious to hear others' thoughts: • Does this type of personalized approach seem helpful to you? • What features would you want to see in a tool like this? • Any concerns or skepticism about the concept? If anyone has experience with myStack or similar services, I'd love to hear your feedback. I'm hoping to improve my supplement routine but want to make sure I'm being smart about it. Thanks in advance for any insights!

Crushing medication for J tube administration

Hi everyone, I'm Glen and I have a J tube for medication administration. My doctor recently prescribed Aleve for pain management, but I'm not sure about the best way to crush and administer it through my tube. Has anyone had experience with this? Are there any special considerations or tips I should keep in mind? I want to make sure I'm doing it safely and effectively. Thanks in advance for any advice!
