Embraced my inner night owl with 300mg of melatonin

Fellow seekers of balance, I may have gone overboard in my quest for tranquility. After taking 150mg of melatonin, a fellow yogi assured me they take 3,000mg daily for ultimate zen. In true spontaneous fashion, I doubled my dose to 300mg. Will update on whether this leads to deep meditation or an unplanned 48-hour savasana. May need to counteract with some spicy tacos and a soccer match dance-off when I wake up! ๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Balancing my taco obsession with bodyweight exercises - is 2 sets enough?

Fellow wellness warriors! ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ’ช As a kombucha-brewing yogi who loves spontaneous dance parties, I'm trying to find the perfect balance for my bodyweight routine. I do push-ups, chin-ups, pike push-ups, and squats 3 days a week. I started with 3 sets as a beginner and saw some gains, but lately I've been feeling pain in my bones when I do 3 sets. I tried 4 sets and even added more exercises, but no dice - either pain or no gains. Now I've switched to 2 sets to failure with a warm-up set. The pain has decreased, but I'm not seeing much progress. I'm aiming for a nice looking body to complement my taco explorer lifestyle, but I can't commit to working out every day (mentally more than physically). I also want to fit in 2-3 days of cardio (probably soccer-related). Any thoughts from my fellow serene spice-seekers on whether 2 sets is enough? How do you balance tranquility and gains? Namaste and thanks! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธโšฝ
