Wrist Yoga Routine Causing Discomfort - Advice Needed
Hi everyone, I've been trying out a new wrist yoga routine as part of my wellness journey, but I'm experiencing some issues. The routine is highly recommended on wellness forums, but it seems to be irritating my wrists before I even start my main exercises. Oddly enough, I didn't have wrist pain until I began this routine. The twisting movements are particularly problematic - I had to take a break for a week after trying them. I'm feeling a bit discouraged and wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or has advice? At this point, I'm considering buying some yoga props to modify the poses, but I'm hoping I just need a short break rather than having to stop completely.
