Feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety - looking for support

Hi everyone, I'm really struggling lately with chronic stress and anxiety. I feel completely burned out and exhausted all the time. It's affecting my sleep, my mood, and my overall health. I've lost interest in my usual hobbies and activities. I'm constantly worried and on edge about everything. I've started having physical symptoms too - headaches, muscle tension, that feeling of a lump in my throat. I'm taking some time off work to try and recover, but even that feels overwhelming right now. Every day feels like a struggle. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way, which is both comforting and disheartening. Our society puts so much pressure on us and it's taking a real toll. I'm trying to remind myself that it's okay to not be okay, and that I need to prioritize my mental health. If anyone has gone through something similar or has any tips for managing stress and anxiety, I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences. Wishing you all well on your health journeys.

Wrist Yoga Routine Causing Discomfort - Advice Needed

Hi everyone, I've been trying out a new wrist yoga routine as part of my wellness journey, but I'm experiencing some issues. The routine is highly recommended on wellness forums, but it seems to be irritating my wrists before I even start my main exercises. Oddly enough, I didn't have wrist pain until I began this routine. The twisting movements are particularly problematic - I had to take a break for a week after trying them. I'm feeling a bit discouraged and wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or has advice? At this point, I'm considering buying some yoga props to modify the poses, but I'm hoping I just need a short break rather than having to stop completely. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

30-Day Yoga and Meditation Challenge - June 2025

Hi everyone! I'm excited to start a new yoga and meditation challenge for the month of June. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, I've found that combining yoga and meditation helps me feel more grounded and peaceful. I'd love for others to join me in making this a daily habit!
