30-Day Yoga and Meditation Challenge - June 2025

Hi everyone! I'm excited to start a new yoga and meditation challenge for the month of June. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, I've found that combining yoga and meditation helps me feel more grounded and peaceful. I'd love for others to join me in making this a daily habit! Challenge details: - 15 minutes of yoga followed by 10 minutes of meditation each day - I'll be using the Downward Dog app for yoga and Insight Timer for guided meditations - Goal is to complete 25 out of 30 days If you'd like to participate: 1.
