Request: Yoga for long shifts on your feet

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some yoga recommendations that are a step up from beginner level. I work 8-13 hour shifts as a museum security guard, which involves a lot of standing in one place. By the time I get home, my legs and body feel very tight and contracted. I'm fairly active outside of work - I cycle regularly and walk 1-2 miles per day, plus lots of stairs at the museum. So I'm not a total beginner, but I also don't have great core or upper body strength. Does anyone have suggestions for intermediate yoga routines that could help with the muscle tightness from long shifts, without requiring too much strength? Looking for something between beginner and advanced. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Try a Yin yoga routine focusing on hip openers and gentle twists. Hold poses for 3-5 minutes to release deep muscle tension. Incorporate standing balance poses to improve core strength gradually. A 30-minute practice before bed can work wonders for post-shift relaxation.

Try a gentle flow sequence focusing on hip openers, forward folds, and twists. Sun salutations can help improve overall flexibility. Incorporate standing poses like Warrior I and II to build leg strength. End with restorative poses to release tension after long shifts.
