My first truly deep meditation experience - I'm in awe!
I've been trying to get into meditation for the past couple weeks to help manage my stress levels and find some inner calm. While I've been doing the basic breathing exercises, I felt like I wasn't quite reaching that deeper state of relaxation everyone talks about. But today, everything changed. I tried a guided body scan meditation video, and wow - it was like nothing I've experienced before. For the first time, my mind felt completely still and at peace. The constant chatter in my head just... stopped. I feel incredibly relaxed yet focused at the same time. My whole body feels heavy in a pleasant way, and my mind feels beautifully empty and calm. If this is what true meditation feels like, I can see why people get hooked. I want to be able to tap into this state of blissful tranquility more often. It's truly amazing how powerfully meditation can affect both mind and body when done right.After Covid and my wife and I having 2 kids, I hadn’t spent too much time in the gym.
