Struggling with proper pushup form despite consistent training

I've been consistently training again for the past two weeks, but I'm really struggling with pushups. I've watched many instructional videos on correct form, but something still feels off when I try to execute them. My goal is to target my chest muscles, but I feel other parts of my upper body activating instead when I lower into the pushup position. I'm trying to follow the proper form - arms shoulder-width apart (which feels quite narrow), scapula protracted, shoulders pulled back, and belly tucked in. However, just getting into the starting position correctly feels like a challenge. When I attempt to lower myself, I often get stuck at the bottom and can't push back up. I don't think it's purely a strength issue, as I believe I should be able to do at least 5 proper pushups if I really push myself. Today I spent almost 30 minutes trying to get the form right before giving up in frustration. If anyone has insights into what I might be doing wrong, I would greatly appreciate the help. I'm really motivated to make progress with my pushups and overall fitness goals.

Request: Yoga for long shifts on your feet

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some yoga recommendations that are a step up from beginner level. I work 8-13 hour shifts as a museum security guard, which involves a lot of standing in one place. By the time I get home, my legs and body feel very tight and contracted. I'm fairly active outside of work - I cycle regularly and walk 1-2 miles per day, plus lots of stairs at the museum. So I'm not a total beginner, but I also don't have great core or upper body strength. Does anyone have suggestions for intermediate yoga routines that could help with the muscle tightness from long shifts, without requiring too much strength? Looking for something between beginner and advanced. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

PrimeShred is simply the best fat burner I’ve used. With the combination of following an exercise program and a good diet, PrimeShred helped me to burn off some of the excess fat I was holding going into the summer last year. The best part is, the results are sustainable! Living in the northeast where it gets cold in the winter, I tend to always go through a body composition change from summer to winter. So I am back into the need of using PrimeShred to get into my summer cut. Highly, highly recommend this product! I purchased one singular tub and then just had to get the 3 month supply since it worked so well for me! As a NASM certified CPT, I tend to recommend this to my clients as well when they’re having issues burning the stubborn excess fat. PrimeShred for the win!!!

Discomfort During Meditation

Fellow wellness seekers, I'm struggling with some ankle and knee pain during my meditation practice. Does anyone have tips for relieving discomfort when sitting in lotus or half-lotus position for extended periods? I'd love to deepen my practice but the physical pain is becoming a barrier. Any stretches, modifications, or other suggestions would be much appreciated!
