These terms explain how you can use healthnutrition.com and buy from us, including how orders, subscriptions, delivery, cancellations and refunds work. Please read them before ordering and keep a copy for your records.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. If the law where you live gives you greater protection, that protection continues to apply.
Health Nutrition is a trading name of Nutritious Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16111445. Nutritious Ltd is the seller when you purchase from this store.
Registered office and correspondence address: Nutritious Ltd, 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
Email: support@healthnutrition.com.
Contact us at this email address for order enquiries, cancellations, returns or complaints. Please ask us for return instructions before posting products, as the appropriate warehouse may differ from our registered office. This does not make our permission a condition of exercising a statutory cancellation right.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Our store sells to customers for personal use. Commercial resale or distribution requires a separate written agreement. We may reasonably limit quantities or decline an order where we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or purchasing for unauthorised resale. We will tell you if an order is declined and promptly refund any payment taken for goods we will not supply. We will not impose a reseller cancellation penalty or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.
These terms apply alongside the product description, prices, delivery information and any specific offer or subscription terms shown before you order. Those details form part of your purchase. If information conflicts, mandatory law applies first. We will honour any more favourable express promise made to you when you ordered.
Read the product description, ingredients, allergens, directions and warnings before purchase and the label before use. Follow the recommended amounts and any age restrictions. Do not use a product with a broken safety seal or after its stated expiry date.
Our supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Website articles and product information are general information, not personal medical advice. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or appropriate medical care. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about using a product. Do not stop prescribed treatment because of information on our website.
Individual experiences vary. Reviews and testimonials do not promise the same result for everyone. This does not reduce our responsibility for accurate descriptions, substantiated claims or products that meet legal quality and safety requirements.
Packaging, colours and presentation may vary slightly from photographs. We will not substitute a materially different formula, quantity or product in an accepted order without your agreement. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will offer an appropriate alternative for you to approve or refund the affected items.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. Our initial order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. Taking or authorising payment does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of unavailable stock, an inability to deliver to the address, a payment or security problem, or an obvious pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment taken. Where an order is dispatched in parts, acceptance covers the items identified in each dispatch confirmation.
If we discover an error affecting your order, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. Once accepted, changes or cancellation by us must be permitted by these terms and applicable law.
The currency and price payable are shown before you submit your order. We display taxes and delivery charges as required for your location. UK and EU consumer prices include applicable VAT. Any additional sales tax or delivery charge collected by us is included in the checkout total before you pay. Import charges not collected by us are addressed in section 7.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorise payment for the order total and, only if you expressly select a subscription, the recurring payments explained before you subscribe. A one-time purchase does not enrol you in a subscription.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or overseas transaction charges. Those charges are set by that provider. Contact us if you do not recognise a charge associated with an order.
We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not alter the price of an accepted one-time order. Subscription price changes are governed by section 6.
Where a subscription is offered, the product, quantity, recurring price, billing frequency, delivery arrangements and any introductory offer are shown before you subscribe. By expressly choosing that option, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method on the disclosed schedule until you cancel.
Any minimum commitment or change from an introductory price must be clearly disclosed before you agree. If no minimum commitment is expressly stated, you can cancel future renewals at any time without a cancellation fee.
You can cancel through the online subscription management facility made available with your subscription or by emailing support@healthnutrition.com. Include enough information for us to identify it, such as your order number or account email. You do not need to telephone us, give a reason or accept a retention offer. We will confirm cancellation in writing.
Cancel before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. An email cancellation takes effect when we receive a clear request that identifies your subscription, not when our team later processes it. We will refund any renewal payment taken after an effective cancellation. If an order was already charged before cancellation, sections 8 to 11 explain the applicable cancellation, return and refund rights.
Pausing, skipping or changing a delivery, where offered, is separate from cancellation. Deleting a store account does not necessarily cancel a subscription, so use the cancellation method above. We provide renewal, trial-expiry, price-change and other notices required by applicable law. For any price increase or material change, we will explain the change in advance and give you a reasonable opportunity to cancel before it takes effect, obtaining fresh consent where required.
We may suspend future deliveries if payment fails or a product becomes unavailable. We will contact you about the issue and will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Statutory cooling-off or renewal cancellation rights continue to apply.
Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown during ordering. Dispatch estimates and transit estimates are separate. We will honour any delivery commitment expressly agreed with you.
If a delay occurs, we will explain the revised arrangements and any right to cancel. For UK and EU consumers, delivery will normally be within 30 days unless a different period was agreed. If delivery is late, you may be entitled to set a reasonable additional deadline and cancel if it is missed, or cancel immediately where the law permits, including where an essential agreed delivery deadline was missed.
For US orders, if we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days where no shipment time was stated, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation option. We will obtain any required agreement to the delay or promptly refund the unshipped goods.
We remain responsible for delivery by carriers we arrange until the goods reach you or a person you nominate to receive them, subject to applicable law. Please contact us about missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels so we can investigate. A carrier’s tracking entry does not prevent you from raising a genuine delivery dispute.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If you supplied an incorrect address or missed delivery, we may ask you to cover reasonable additional delivery costs where permitted. We will explain any charge before arranging redelivery. Statutory cancellation and refund rights still apply.
Orders may be fulfilled from the USA, UK or EU. Where goods cross a customs border, import duties, local taxes or carrier clearance charges may be payable. We will tell you before purchase where such charges are not included in our price. You are responsible only for charges properly disclosed as payable by you; we will not ask you to pay the same charge twice.
Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about local import restrictions. We do not guarantee customs clearance in every country. If customs prevents delivery, we will assess the circumstances and your legal rights rather than apply an automatic no-refund rule.
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or amend an order before dispatch. We will try to stop or change it, but warehouse processing may already be under way. Dispatch does not remove any cancellation right you have by law.
UK and EU consumers: for eligible online goods purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after the day you, or your nominated recipient, receive the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item. For regular deliveries under a single contract, the initial period generally runs from the first delivery.
To cancel, send a clear statement to support@healthnutrition.com or our correspondence address in section 1 before the deadline. You may use the optional form in section 21, but do not have to. An order number is helpful; our approval or an RMA number is not required to make a statutory cancellation valid. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling.
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that become unsuitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This can include supplements after their protective seal is broken. Opening an outer delivery carton alone does not remove the right. This exception never removes your rights if goods are faulty, unsafe or misdescribed.
Customers elsewhere: you may also notify us within 14 days after receipt that you wish to return unused products in their original sealed condition, and send them back within the following 14 days. This voluntary return option is additional to any stronger local legal rights or advertised guarantee.
Contact us for the appropriate return address and practical instructions. Pack goods securely and keep proof of sending them. We may request reasonable information to identify the order, but will not make unnecessary photographs, original receipts or original outer packaging a condition of statutory rights.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage cost if this was disclosed before purchase, unless we advertised free returns or agreed to pay it. If we offer a return label, we will explain its cost before you choose it. There is no additional administration or restocking fee for exercising a statutory cancellation right. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods where required by law.
For a statutory cancellation of a whole UK or EU order, we refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. An extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded. We may make a lawful deduction for loss of value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably needed to inspect the goods, and will explain any deduction.
We issue statutory cancellation refunds without undue delay. Unless we offered to collect, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, and will refund within 14 days of that earlier event. If we offered to collect or no goods need to be returned, we will refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Any shorter deadline required by law takes priority.
For voluntary returns outside statutory cancellation rights, we refund the eligible product price within 14 days of receiving the goods. Original delivery costs are excluded unless our offer promised otherwise. Refunds go to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to you. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Products must meet applicable legal requirements, including matching their description and being of satisfactory or acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose. Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or unsafe. Do not continue using a product you reasonably believe is unsafe.
We will provide the remedy required by the law that applies, which may include replacement, repair, a price reduction or a refund. We will not require you to deal only with the manufacturer or rely on an optional guarantee instead of your rights against us.
UK consumers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and further remedies after that period. EU consumers have rights under the applicable national legal guarantee, normally for at least two years, subject to the nature of the goods and relevant law. These periods are not promises that consumable products remain usable beyond their stated shelf life.
Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. A major failure can entitle you to choose a replacement or refund and claim compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Other failures can require a remedy within a reasonable time. New Zealand consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and other applicable consumer law. US consumers retain applicable state and federal rights, including any non-excludable warranty protections.
Change-of-mind deadlines, opened-product exclusions and promotional conditions do not limit these rights. Reporting a problem promptly helps us investigate, but a short reporting deadline does not override the time allowed by law.
We honour any money-back guarantee or extended return promise advertised with your purchase. The guarantee period, eligible products or bundles and any conditions clearly disclosed before purchase govern that additional offer. Conditions from another brand website do not automatically apply to an order placed here.
To make a claim, email support@healthnutrition.com with your order details and the guarantee you are claiming under. We will explain the return and refund process. We will not add eligibility restrictions or charges that were not disclosed before you bought. A guarantee does not require you to continue using a product if you experience an adverse reaction.
Discounts, bundles and free items are subject to the offer terms shown before ordering. An offer may be limited to specified products, dates or quantities. We will not remove a valid discount from an accepted order without a lawful reason.
If you cancel a whole promotional bundle, return all the relevant items, including any free items, where a return is required. For a permitted partial return, the refund reflects the price actually paid for the returned goods and any fair allocation of the bundle discount. We will explain the calculation and will not use it to penalise a statutory cancellation.
Keep your account details accurate and protect your login credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but are not automatically responsible for activity caused by our security failures or other circumstances for which the law makes us responsible.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security risk or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Account restrictions do not remove valid refund claims or other rights relating to existing orders.
Website text, designs, images, logos and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may browse, share links, and save or print reasonable extracts for personal use. Commercial copying, misleading republication or use of our branding requires permission, except where the law permits it.
You must not use the store for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, harassment or infringement of others’ rights. Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, harvest personal information or use automated activity that materially disrupts the site.
We take reasonable care with our content and correct material errors when identified. General articles may become out of date. This does not exclude responsibility for product descriptions, statements that form part of your purchase, or misleading information.
You retain ownership of reviews, photographs and other content you submit. When you submit content for public display, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce it for that purpose, including through providers operating our review features. We may format or shorten it for readability without changing its meaning.
You must have the right to submit the content. Do not include unlawful material, false claims, someone else’s confidential information or personal details you are not entitled to share. We may remove content for those reasons, spam, impersonation or other legitimate moderation grounds. We will not suppress an honest review simply because it is negative or penalise you for giving one.
Private support messages are not automatically licensed for public advertising. Separate permission is required where we want to use private correspondence, identifiable health information or your image in a testimonial. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
Our privacy and cookies policy explains how we handle personal information and your choices. Accepting these terms does not by itself give consent to optional tracking or marketing.
Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses payment, delivery and other service providers. You may encounter separate terms when choosing a service supplied directly by another provider. Our use of service providers does not remove our responsibilities as your seller.
Links to independent websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites, and you should review their terms before using them.
We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care where that loss was reasonably foreseeable, together with any other responsibility imposed by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or breach of non-excludable consumer rights.
The store is intended for personal purchases. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible under these consumer terms for business losses such as lost business profits, opportunities or anticipated business savings. This does not exclude compensation that consumer law requires us to pay.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. Any restriction of liability in these terms applies only so far as it is lawful in your jurisdiction. Products are not sold on an “as is” basis that removes mandatory quality or warranty rights.
If an event outside our reasonable control materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and tell you about the delay. We will not use such an event to avoid rights you have to cancel or receive a refund. If we cannot fulfil the order within the agreed or legally required period, we will explain your options and refund any amount due.
Email support@healthnutrition.com or write to the address in section 1 with your order details and a description of the problem. We will investigate and aim to resolve it fairly. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will explain our position and provide information about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body and our willingness or obligation to participate where the law requires this.
You do not have to complete our complaints process before exercising a legal right, contacting a regulator or seeking a payment dispute remedy from your payment provider. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive any right to bring or join proceedings where the law protects that right.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence where those protections apply.
The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes. This is not an exclusive jurisdiction requirement: you may use the courts of your home country or another competent court where applicable law gives you that right. UK consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland where they live.
We may update these terms for future purchases and website use. The version supplied or made available when you order applies to that purchase. Posting new terms does not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription are handled as described in section 6.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as they can operate fairly and lawfully. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We may transfer our contract to another organisation only where doing so does not reduce your rights, and will notify you of a transfer affecting your order.
These terms do not exclude any statement or promise that the law treats as part of your contract. Any ambiguity is interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer law.
You may copy this form into an email or letter if you wish to cancel. Complete the details relevant to your order. You can also cancel using any other clear statement.
