HOW TO JOIN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?  

  1. Select your product with a subscription option, adjust your delivery frequency and add it into your shopping cart.
  2. If shipped outside the US, there might be some extra shipping costs, you will see them in your basket before finalizing your initial subscription order. 
  3. Proceed with the payment as with a normal order, make sure you use a delivery address and payment method which can be used also for future orders. 
  4. Orders will be shipped as fast as possible; please check our *Shipping Policy for more information.
  5. We will send your product based on the period selected during checkout; you will be notified per email before your new charge and avoid any order processing stress. You can adjust the delivery frequency, pause or cancel in your subscription admin section you will get access to after the purchase.

Our subscription plan is available for our North American Customers, UK and European Customers.

Are shipping fees added to my subscription?

Depending on your location you might be charged with extra shipping fees, in the case of there any extra delivery costs we will highlight this in the product description shipping fee at the checkout. 

How do I change my next order date?

You can easily change your order frequency from your Recharge account before your order has been dispatched. All information regarding your Recharge account will be shared per email as soon you place your first subscription order.

How do I update my shipping address?

Your delivery address can be modified in your Recharge account, before your order has been shipped. All information regarding your account will be shared per email as soon you place your first subscription order.

How do I update my payment info?

You will be able to add a different payment method when login in your Recharge account. All information regarding your account will be shared per email as soon you place your first subscription order.

My recurring payment was declined—what do I do?

Don’t worry, please make sure to have enough funds in your payment method used for the first order. You can also easily change your billing options in your Recharge account.

What is your refund and return policy?

We do not accept product returns for subscriptions orders. Our Money Back Guarantee is not valid on monthly recurring orders and we do not provide any level of cover if you choose to stop using the products for any other reason.

Can I cancel or edit an order after it's been placed?

Once the order is placed and under processing we are not able to proceed with any change or cancellation.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO. 

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Cancellation can be requested to our Support Team at support@healthnutrition.com . You can skip a shipment by changing your shipping date on your Recharge account.
