Hi everyone, I'm having a really hard time eating lately. I feel hungry, but when I try to eat my stomach feels off. Not sure if it's stress-related or an actual stomach issue. The uncertainty is making me anxious which probably isn't helping. Has anyone experienced something similar or have tips for getting nutrition when your appetite is weird?
