E110 in Naproxen - Concerns from a Weight Loss Journey

As someone who's lost over 120 pounds since 2019, I've become very mindful about what I put in my body. I recently started taking naproxen for pain relief, but I've been experiencing vivid dreams every night. Upon checking the box, I noticed it contains E110 (sunset yellow). This concerns me because I had severe reactions to certain E numbers as a child, particularly E110, which caused terrible nightmares. While my current dreams aren't nightmares, I'm curious about why a painkiller would contain E110. Does anyone know its purpose in the medication? I've tried researching online but haven't found a clear answer. I want to ensure this doesn't negatively impact my health and wellness journey. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I have been using phengold for about 3weeks and it's really helped with reducing my cravings and keeping me full for a longer period of time. Also notice some energy boost during my workouts and am able to get more reps in, so I am very happy with the product.

Struggling with inverted rows on my new rings after major weight loss

Hey everyone, I'm Joseph. I started my fitness journey in 2019 and have lost over 120 pounds since then. Recently, I got my first set of rings to continue challenging myself, but I'm having some trouble with inverted rows. I'm not entirely sure if I've set them up correctly, but they seem okay. The carabiners are a bit tricky to adjust and don't go very high. My main issue is that whenever I try to do inverted rows, I end up sliding down to the ground. I'm pretty tall with long arms, so I end up completely horizontal with my back touching the ground. On the rare occasions when I do manage to get it right for a moment, it feels too easy and I don't feel like I'm working anything. Then I lower myself and slide right back down again! Can anyone offer some tips or advice? I'm new to using rings and could really use some guidance. Thanks in advance for any help!
