Struggling to eat and feeling weak - any advice?

Hi everyone, I'm having a really hard time eating lately. I feel hungry, but when I try to eat my stomach feels off. Not sure if it's stress-related or an actual stomach issue. The uncertainty is making me anxious which probably isn't helping. Has anyone experienced something similar or have tips for getting nutrition when your appetite is weird? Disappointing protein bar experience. Not the health boost I was hoping for.

I recently tried a much-hyped protein bar that's been all over social media lately. As someone focused on improving my health and wellness, I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, I have to say I was pretty let down. After looking closely at the ingredients and nutritional info, I realized this bar is packed with added sugars, artificial sweeteners, and highly processed ingredients. It may have a decent amount of protein, but overall it seems more like junk food masquerading as a health product. I think I'll stick to whole food protein sources and homemade snacks from now on. Has anyone else had a similar experience with overhyped 'health' products? What are your go-to healthy snacks?
