One-arm pull-up progress - need advice!

Hey wellness community! I've been working on achieving a one-arm pull-up for my strength goals, but I'm still struggling to get there without assistance. Could anyone take a look at my form and technique in this video and offer some tips on where I might be getting stuck? https://youtube.com/shorts/Q6ig4F1V4cU?si=M9MZ6Puhw-yHF3Ec I've been training consistently for a while now, incorporating heavy pulls and isometric holds at different points in the movement. I've also tried explosive pulls and lat pulldowns in the past, but haven't seen much improvement. Using resistance bands threw off my balance and didn't seem to help either. Any advice on tweaking my training or identifying weak points would be so appreciated! Let me know if you need any other details about my routine. Thanks in advance!

Your form looks solid! To progress, try incorporating more specific strength work like weighted pull-ups, assisted one-arm negatives, and uneven pull-ups. Also, focus on increasing your overall pulling strength with exercises like heavy rows and lat pulldowns. Keep at it, and you'll get there!
