As-salaam-alaikum friends, I'm excited to embark on a 30-day mindfulness journey this June and would love for you to join me. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to restart your practice, this challenge can help make mindfulness a consistent part of our daily lives. By participating together, we can support each other in cultivating greater peace, presence and gratitude. Here's how to join: - Set a personal goal for the month (e.g. meditate 10 minutes daily, practice mindful breathing 3x per week) - Comment below to share your intention - Find an accountability buddy if desired - Download the Mindful Muslim app to track your progress Remember, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Even a few minutes of mindfulness each day can make a difference. May Allah bless our efforts and grant us tranquility. I look forward to growing in mindfulness alongside you this month! Peace, Mohammad

I started using Primeshred 6 weeks ago, because I stopped losing weight before and low energy. After starting this, I feel more energetic, and could lose 2 Kg in 6 weeks. Besides my exercise, I feel more energetic during the day and workout. I love it.

I found an app that motivates me to get morning sunlight and improve my health

As someone focused on health and wellness, I'm always looking for ways to build better habits. I recently discovered an interesting app that locks your favorite apps until you scan morning sunlight. This seems like a clever way to encourage getting outside early and getting that important morning light exposure. Has anyone tried something like this? I'm curious if it actually helps create a lasting habit or if it's just a temporary motivator. What other creative methods have you found to encourage healthy behaviors like getting sunlight, exercising, or eating well?

Seeking advice on ring dips and workout progression

Salaam everyone! I've recently added ring dips to my workout routine and have some questions. After doing ring dip holds and sets today, my upper back feels a bit sore - is this normal? I'm struggling with RTO (rings turned out) dips and my range of motion is limited. Any tips to improve this? Maybe RTO ring dip negatives would help? I'm also unsure about proper form for dips. Should the upper arm just be parallel to the ground, or go past parallel? What are the benefits of different depths? Does anyone know a good place to post form check videos for ring exercises? I couldn't find much on r/formcheck. Lastly, ring dips seem to fatigue me much more than other exercises. I couldn't even do my planned pike pushups afterwards (I'm working towards handstand pushups). Should I do pike pushups before ring dips instead? But I really want to prioritize improving my ring dips. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm passionate about developing strength and skills through calisthenics.

Could my sleep issues be causing these physical symptoms?

As someone who has struggled with sleep problems for years, I've been working on improving my sleep habits recently. However, I've started experiencing some concerning physical symptoms like internal tremors, sensitivity to light and sound, occasional body aches, and digestive issues. I'm wondering if this could be my body adjusting after long-term sleep deprivation, or if it might indicate a more serious condition developing. I'm only 18 and haven't had any major illnesses or stress lately. Has anyone else experienced something similar when addressing their sleep problems? I'm hoping to get some insights before seeing a doctor. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
