Feeling disconnected from my wife (35F) - need advice

My wife (35F) and I (37M) have been married for 5 years. She wants us to go out and do activities together more often, but I'm worried about the cost. We only go out as a couple maybe once every few months. I don't mind going out with other couples occasionally, but one-on-one dates feel like an unnecessary expense to me right now. My wife has suggested budgeting for date nights or scheduling them at the start of the month, but I'm still hesitant. We make a good income, but I'm very focused on saving. Recently she's started going out with her friends instead, which makes me feel like I'm not a priority. When I express this, she asks how she can make me feel prioritized while still maintaining friendships, but I don't really have an answer. I feel stuck - if I agree to go out more, it stresses me out financially. But when she goes without me, I feel left behind. She says it's important to her to have new experiences and spend time with others. I understand that, but it makes me feel like I'm the source of problems in our relationship. When she tries to set boundaries around this, I tend to withdraw or get upset. I know I should probably socialize more myself, but I don't really have close friends to do things with. How can we find a balance that works for both of us? Any advice on navigating this situation would be appreciated.

Concerned about my father (62) giving money to a young woman he met through his driving job

My father (62) recently met a 23-year-old woman while working as a ride-share driver. I'm worried he's being taken advantage of financially. She claimed to be struggling, so he's been paying for her housing, bought her a vehicle, and found her employment. In just 8 weeks, he's given her around $15,000. The issue is, he can't afford this - he's borrowed money from me under false pretenses and his credit score has plummeted. People have tried warning him that she may be using him, but he dismisses their concerns. He's even gotten her name tattooed after knowing her for such a short time. When the car he bought was taken multiple times, he ended up signing it over to her completely. He insists she never asks for anything, yet he's spent so much on her so quickly. I'm torn between intervening or waiting for the situation to fully unravel before helping him recover. But things seem to be spiraling rapidly. I'm at a loss for how to make him realize she's likely taking advantage of his generosity. Any advice on addressing this sensitively would be appreciated.

Trouble remembering basics during stressful times

I've been feeling really overwhelmed lately with work stress and trying to improve my health. The other day I was trying to log into my fitness app on a new phone, and I completely blanked on my own phone number that I needed to enter. I know there's a 5 and maybe a 7 in there, but I couldn't remember the order at all. Has anyone else experienced memory lapses like this when under pressure? It made me feel like I was losing it for a moment. I'm wondering if meditation or other stress relief techniques might help prevent this kind of thing. Any advice would be appreciated!

Seeking advice on ring dips and workout progression

Salaam everyone! I've recently added ring dips to my workout routine and have some questions. After doing ring dip holds and sets today, my upper back feels a bit sore - is this normal? I'm struggling with RTO (rings turned out) dips and my range of motion is limited. Any tips to improve this? Maybe RTO ring dip negatives would help? I'm also unsure about proper form for dips. Should the upper arm just be parallel to the ground, or go past parallel? What are the benefits of different depths? Does anyone know a good place to post form check videos for ring exercises? I couldn't find much on r/formcheck. Lastly, ring dips seem to fatigue me much more than other exercises. I couldn't even do my planned pike pushups afterwards (I'm working towards handstand pushups). Should I do pike pushups before ring dips instead? But I really want to prioritize improving my ring dips. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm passionate about developing strength and skills through calisthenics.
