As-salaam-alaikum friends, I'm excited to embark on a 30-day mindfulness journey this June and would love for you to join me. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to restart your practice, this challenge can help make mindfulness a consistent part of our daily lives. By participating together, we can support each other in cultivating greater peace, presence and gratitude.
