Yoga Partner M35 Said Hurtful Things to Me M33 During Meditation Retreat. Feeling Unbalanced.

M35 (Yoga Partner) M33 (Me) Relationship - 3 years, known each other from ashram for 10 years. Today was meant to be a special solar alignment meditation. It's been awful. Was up all night with stomach issues from a new green juice cleanse. My yoga partner M35 was supposed to lead our sunrise salutations. I ended up having to guide the session for him and my houseplant (not biologically mine), no namaste, nothing zen. Expected at least some healing crystals. Instead he's going to do hot yoga downstairs and teach a class. When I calmly said I wouldn't skip your retreat day, he had the nerve to say we were up all night with my digestion so now he has to... continued to disrupt my chakras and his voice kept rising while I asked him to please keep his energy low as my monstera's leaves are unfurling and I'm in front of it, he says he wishes he could disappear into the void, I said should I call our guru he said fine whatever and he wishes he had some sage so he could smudge away his negative energy then slammed the meditation room door. I sent some mindful thoughts to his spirit guides and they eventually realign him. No apologies. Nothing. Emotionally I'm untethered. I don't want my plants around this toxicity. Can't afford to move my yoga studio, we live together. I'm lost on which pose to do next. TL;DR ! Yoga partner had an argument with me on an important meditation day and threatened to permanently leave his body in front of me and my houseplant.

I'm sorry you're going through this difficult situation. It sounds like both of you are stressed and struggling with communication. Perhaps take some time to meditate separately, then come together for a calm discussion about your needs and feelings. Remember to practice compassion for yourself and your partner.
