Tips for reducing sugar intake on a busy schedule?
Hey everyone, Brandon here. As someone trying to balance work, fitness, and a social life, I've been struggling to cut back on sweets and sugar. Does anyone have recommendations for limiting sugar intake that work well with a hectic lifestyle? I'm looking for practical tips that don't require a ton of meal prep or drastic changes. Any advice for healthier snack options or ways to curb sugar cravings throughout the day would be greatly appreciated!I ordered my first batch of Testogen because I was looking for a way to naturally increase my Testosterone.
