I love trying new vitamins. These were easy to swallow considering I have a hard time swallowing pills. However, these vitamins taste terrible. They were hard to take because of the taste. I would recommend these for the benefit but not that taste.
I have been taking this as a replacement to another brand supliment for vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. It's nice to lower my pill intake by 1 pill when ever I can. That's one less to forget. Easy open bottle and the pills are easy to swallow
My system is very sensitive to supplements, especially if I have to take more than one at a time. No offense but this particular supplement was okay but I ended up giving it to a friend.
