This definitely helps me sleep more soundly, for longer. I was waking up at 4:30 every day, now I sleep until the alarm. I don't feel groggy when I wake up either.

My wife bought a bottle of 44 gummies in PA at a discount store for $1.50! Since trying them, I have found them sufficient for aiding my restless nights and am generally able to sleep all night. The price here is somewhat inflated, but I will see about ordering a similar product for less for now.

These are a great sleep aid and would have been rated higher if they weren’t so sweet. Last thing you want when heading to bed is a mouth full of sugar.
