I like that these have the fish oil in them. One less pill to take. The Culturelle products work good for me for keeping my digestive system balanced. I would recommend these if you take both a probiotic and fish oil supplement.
I was recommended to take this product by my Primary Care provider. Have been taking it for almost a year. I feel it is helping me but hard to tell at times. I am on chemo every 3 weeks long term. Only thing I an unsure of is if the live cultures are still alive by the time product reaches me and the time I take it. Where was item sitting in a truck? Very cold, frozen, hot sun, etc.
