I was recommended to take this product by my Primary Care provider. Have been taking it for almost a year. I feel it is helping me but hard to tell at times. I am on chemo every 3 weeks long term. Only thing I an unsure of is if the live cultures are still alive by the time product reaches me and the time I take it. Where was item sitting in a truck? Very cold, frozen, hot sun, etc.
I like the Culturelle Pro Well 3 in 1 complete, because it gives me an overall well feeling. I just feel good and stay regular, with the 3 in 1 formula I feel like its a one and done. I really want to get into having a formula with the benefits of a prebiotic too!
Easy to use , no aftertaste and is affordable to keep on hand. Definitely would recommend this product to all my family and friends and coworkers. Will Continue to use and enjoy a better quality of health.
I like that these have the fish oil in them. One less pill to take. The Culturelle products work good for me for keeping my digestive system balanced. I would recommend these if you take both a probiotic and fish oil supplement.
