Overall didn’t find this to be too effective. I personally feel like I tossed and turned a lot more the nights I took them. Don’t think I would go Into that deep sleep stage. The taste isn’t great but not the worst I’ve had. Packaging is fine… maybe could be a bit smaller? Again, didn’t seem to work too well for me but everyone is different.
I struggle with falling asleep, and these melatonin gummies are great! There's no groggy feeling. It just feels like I'm tired enough to fall asleep and wake up with no hangover feeling. I do love that it is time released to help keep me asleep through the night. Packaging is easy to open, but it also includes a childproof cap. Now the taste, it tastes so good!! No chalky taste at all.
It’s not very effective to me but that is with any dosage of melatonin for me. It taste just like it states the flavor is on the bottle. It almost melts in your mouth as you chew which is a good thing.
I have taken melatonin for the last 4 years and I was nervous to switch from 5mg to 10mg, but the slow release drew me in. It really does keep me asleep all night! The taste isn’t bad, a little medical but nothing bad at all.
Tasty! Idk if they really help me sleep or if it’s just a placebo effect. But I do enjoy taking them. Texture does not bother me like some melatonin/vitamin gummies do.
