this product has worked well for me. i usually break them in half and take 5 mg instead of 10 mg. i would not improve this product at all

This is a nice sleep aid to have. I have insomnia and have tried many other herbs/supplements and this is the best one that seems to help. They're dissolvable so you don't need water. It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour for it to work for me. The flavor of the tablet isn't too bad, the one I have is strawberry.

This is the best and easiest melatonin I've ever had to take I think it's 20 minutes before I go to bed before you know it I'm knocked out ready to be asleep as fast as all the in super easy to take care of it
