Personally, I love to sit cross-legged on my yoga mat and gently rock back and forth while running my fingers through a bowl of dry beans. Something about the repetitive motion and texture is so soothing for me.

I find folding origami extremely calming. The focus required and the repetitive motions help quiet my mind. Plus, I end up with cute paper creations that remind me I can make something beautiful even when feeling anxious.
