I have been taking it for less than a month. I started taking testosterone about a year ago because I had low energy. Tried a couple different brand then watched a video on YouTube. The guy doing the video tested this brand the longest and had it as the 2nd best. The only knock was he was his libido bad a little over the top. So far it’s been great! Increased energy and libido!
