Overwhelmed and struggling

As someone focused on health and wellness, I've been trying to take care of myself but lately it feels like too much. Between work stress, relationship issues, and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I'm feeling really overwhelmed. I've even started getting frequent headaches and catching colds more often. Has anyone else experienced physical health issues when under a lot of mental/emotional pressure? How do you cope when it feels like everything is piling up at once? Looking for advice on managing stress and staying healthy during difficult times.
