Shoulder Clicking When Reaching - Help Appreciated

Hi everyone, I've been using this wellness portal for a while now, but I'm looking for some advice on a shoulder issue I've been having. I work out 5 days a week, focusing on strength training and calisthenics. Lately, I've noticed my left shoulder clicks when I reach for things, especially after resting. It usually stops after moving it a few times. There's no real pain, just a slight ache at the top of my shoulder near the outer deltoid when I fully extend my arm. My range of motion is fine and I can still do overhead presses without issues. I'm not sure if this is from joint stress, rotator cuff problems, or something else. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Did you find anything that helped? Should I be concerned about this getting worse? Any insights would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

I’ve tried plenty of other supplements prior to trying Black Wolf. I was a little skeptical about this product but after reading many reviews I decided to purchase to try it out. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and I’ve noticed I have no crash regardless of the workout intensity and have enough push and drive to finish the workout. I noticed great pump and muscle volume as well. I would highly recommended this product.

I (45M) lied to my wife (43F) about attending a wellness retreat and now I feel like I betrayed her trust

My wife and I have had a very stable and healthy relationship for 20 years. We've always prioritized open communication and trust. However, I recently made a mistake that has damaged that trust. I signed up for a weekend wellness retreat focused on nutrition and fitness. My wife was supportive, but expressed some concern about a particular female instructor who would be there. To ease her worries, I downplayed the instructor's involvement. At the retreat, I ended up in more group activities with this instructor than expected. Nothing inappropriate happened, but I felt awkward about the situation given my wife's concerns. When my wife asked how it went, I panicked and lied by omission, not mentioning the instructor's involvement. I felt awful about hiding this and confessed everything to my wife the next day. She feels deeply hurt and betrayed, even though nothing actually happened. I lied out of fear of conflict, but ended up damaging the trust in our marriage. I'm committed to rebuilding that trust, but I'm not sure where to start. How can I prove my faithfulness and regain her confidence? Is it fair to ask for forgiveness? I'm struggling with guilt and want to make things right. Any advice would be appreciated.
