Shoulder Clicking When Reaching - Help Appreciated
Hi everyone, I've been using this wellness portal for a while now, but I'm looking for some advice on a shoulder issue I've been having. I work out 5 days a week, focusing on strength training and calisthenics. Lately, I've noticed my left shoulder clicks when I reach for things, especially after resting. It usually stops after moving it a few times. There's no real pain, just a slight ache at the top of my shoulder near the outer deltoid when I fully extend my arm. My range of motion is fine and I can still do overhead presses without issues. I'm not sure if this is from joint stress, rotator cuff problems, or something else. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Did you find anything that helped? Should I be concerned about this getting worse? Any insights would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!Verified Customer
I’ve tried plenty of other supplements prior to trying Black Wolf. I was a little skeptical about this product but after reading many reviews I decided to purchase to try it out. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and I’ve noticed I have no crash regardless of the workout intensity and have enough push and drive to finish the workout. I noticed great pump and muscle volume as well. I would highly recommended this product.
