Feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety - looking for support
Hi everyone, I'm really struggling lately with chronic stress and anxiety. I feel completely burned out and exhausted all the time. It's affecting my sleep, my mood, and my overall health. I've lost interest in my usual hobbies and activities. I'm constantly worried and on edge about everything.
I've started having physical symptoms too - headaches, muscle tension, that feeling of a lump in my throat. I'm taking some time off work to try and recover, but even that feels overwhelming right now. Every day feels like a struggle.
I know I'm not alone in feeling this way, which is both comforting and disheartening. Our society puts so much pressure on us and it's taking a real toll. I'm trying to remind myself that it's okay to not be okay, and that I need to prioritize my mental health.
