Finally sleeping well without medication - here's what worked for me

Hola amigos! Javier here. For years I struggled with poor sleep, which was really affecting my health and fitness goals. I tried all sorts of tricks and supplements, but nothing seemed to work long-term. What finally helped was focusing on my overall daily habits, not just nighttime routines. Here's what made the biggest difference: - Getting outside for morning sunlight - No coffee after 12pm (hardest part for this Spaniard!) - Creating a consistent pre-bed ritual - Making my bedroom cool, dark, and tech-free It took some time, but now I'm sleeping 7-8 hours most nights without any pills or sleep aids. I feel so much more energized for my workouts and just life in general. If anyone else is dealing with sleep issues, I'm happy to chat more about what worked for me. Sleep struggles can feel really isolating, but you're not alone. Wishing you all peaceful nights and energized days! Buenas noches!

That's great news, Javier! I've struggled with sleep issues too, and your tips are spot on. The no coffee after noon is tough, but it makes a huge difference. Thanks for sharing your success story - it's inspiring to hear about natural solutions that work.
