Struggling to pinpoint the root of my ongoing stress - any advice?
As someone who's been using this wellness portal to improve my health, I've made good progress in many areas. However, I'm still dealing with persistent stress that I can't seem to shake. On paper, my life is going well - I have a stable job, supportive relationships, and pursue hobbies I enjoy. But despite all this, I constantly feel on edge and anxious. I've tried meditation, exercise, and other stress-relief techniques, but the underlying tension remains. Has anyone else dealt with chronic stress from an unclear source? How did you ultimately identify and address the root cause? I'd really appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to dig deeper and finally get to the bottom of this.
