Anxiety medication for travel?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for advice on anxiety medication for an upcoming trip. I have pretty severe panic disorder that flares up when traveling. Has anyone tried any over-the-counter options that worked well? I only need enough for a short trip, but want to make sure it's effective. Any recommendations or experiences to share?
