Integrating yoga and strength training into my weekly routine - advice needed!

Hey everyone! I'm looking to get back into a consistent yoga practice while also maintaining my strength training. I've done yoga on and off for years but want to focus on improving my inversions, especially headstands. I also want to keep up my gym work for overall fitness. I used an AI assistant to help draft a weekly plan combining yoga and strength training. What do you think of this routine? Any suggestions for modifications?
