A few weeks ago, I tried doing a single yoga pose before bed and could barely hold it for 5 seconds. I felt so unsteady and inflexible, I had to laugh at myself. But something about that moment stuck with me. I decided to make it a nightly habit, without putting pressure on myself. Some nights it was just a few gentle stretches, other nights I felt inspired to do more. No fancy equipment or strict program, just a small wellness ritual before sleep.
Tonight I did a 10-minute flow with 6 different poses. I'm still working on my form and flexibility, but it's become an essential part of winding down my day. I wanted to share that starting small really works, especially at night when energy is low and the day's stress weighs on you. This simple practice has already made such a difference in how I feel physically and mentally.
