Feeling stuck on my wellness journey - how to reignite motivation?
I've been dedicated to my wellness routine for about a year now, focusing on yoga and mindfulness practices. I made great initial progress, mastering some challenging yoga poses and deepening my meditation practice within the first few months. However, lately I've hit a plateau and am struggling to see further improvements or reach my ultimate goals of headstands and more advanced poses.
No matter how much I practice or stick to my routine, I can't seem to increase my flexibility or strength. I'm feeling discouraged and could really use some advice from others in the wellness community. What have you done to break through plateaus and see continued progress in your practice? Any tips for reigniting motivation when you feel stuck? I know everyone's journey is different, but I would be so grateful for insights from those with more experience.
