My meditation practice is becoming more consistent
Hey everyone, Tyler here. I don't usually post much, but I wanted to share a personal win. I've been meditating on and off for years, never very consistently. That's starting to change though! For the first time ever, I've meditated 26 days in a row. It may not seem like much, but it's a big deal for me. I'm feeling really good about my progress and more connected to the community. I think the meditation itself is making me want to reach out more. I've been using the portal's meditation timer, and it's cool to feel part of this larger wellness movement.
