Need advice on scapula pull-up progression for low muscle tone
Hey everyone, I'm working on improving my upper body strength as part of my recovery from chronic fatigue syndrome. I'm following a recommended routine and trying to build up to scapula pull-ups, but I'm struggling with proper form and being able to hold the top position. Given my low muscle tone from being ill, I'm wondering if it would be helpful to use resistance bands to assist with the scapular retraction/depression movement until I build more strength? Or is there a better way to progress? I want to keep making progress but I'm also concerned about potential injury. Any advice from others who have dealt with similar challenges would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.Verified Customer
I have been using testogen for 3 weeks now to increase my muscle mass and I couldn't have been happier with the results. There have been noticeable improvements on my upper and lower body thanks to their formula and exercise guides by myself and others who know me.
And as a bonus there's the extra boost I get in energy and libido thanks to testogen.
I highly recommend it.
