I've been struggling with some unhealthy habits for a while now, particularly spending too much time on my devices and social media. I've tried cutting back many times, but always end up falling back into old patterns. Willpower alone doesn't seem to be enough.
I'm looking to address the root causes and create more balance in my life. That's why I'm interested in exploring meditation and mindfulness practices.
