Finding Balance Through Mindfulness

Hi everyone, I've been struggling with some unhealthy habits for a while now, particularly spending too much time on my devices and social media. I've tried cutting back many times, but always end up falling back into old patterns. Willpower alone doesn't seem to be enough. I'm looking to address the root causes and create more balance in my life. That's why I'm interested in exploring meditation and mindfulness practices. I've heard that mindfulness meditation can help rewire the brain and break addictive cycles. If anyone has experience using meditation or other mindfulness techniques to overcome technology overuse or similar challenges, I'd really appreciate any tips or guidance on where to start. I have been out of energy for mostly my everyday routine. It has negatively impacted my performance at the gym as well as focus.

Scouring over the internet and found a lot of positive reviews for testogen. I gave it a try and it did not disappoint!
