30-Day Mindfulness Challenge - May 2025

Hey everyone, I've been struggling to maintain a consistent meditation practice lately, and I thought some of you might be in the same boat. So I wanted to propose a 30-day mindfulness challenge for May to help us all get back on track! The goal is simple - meditate for at least 10 minutes every day in May. We can use any technique that works for us, whether it's breath awareness, body scanning, or guided meditations. The important thing is consistency. If you want to join me in this challenge, leave a comment below. We can check in with each other throughout the month to share progress and offer encouragement. I find having some accountability really helps me stick with it. I'm planning to meditate first thing each morning using the Headspace app. My goal is 10 minutes daily, but I may try to work up to 15-20 minutes by the end of the month if it's going well.
