Stuck at 11 weighted pull-ups - how to break through?

Hey everyone, I've hit a frustrating plateau with my weighted pull-ups. For the past 6 weeks, I've been stuck at 11 reps with a 30 lb weight belt on my first set, then 8-9 reps on my second set after a 5 minute rest. It feels like I've completely stalled out in terms of strength gains for pulling exercises. Has anyone else experienced this and found ways to push past it? I'm really eager to keep progressing. For context, my dips are still improving - I can do 14 reps with 45 lbs added. But pull-ups just aren't budging. Any tips or advice would be hugely appreciated! This plateau is really demotivating and I want to get back on track with building upper body strength.

Have you tried changing up your routine? Incorporate negative pull-ups, vary your grip, or add isometric holds. Also, don't forget the importance of rest and proper nutrition. Sometimes, taking a short break can help you come back stronger and break through plateaus.
