Sleep struggles due to health portal video restrictions

As someone managing anxiety and neurodivergence, I've come to rely on our health portal's video library for relaxation and sleep aids. However, the new AI-powered content filters are severely limiting what I can access, especially gameplay and wellness videos that help me unwind. While I understand the need for appropriate content controls, these restrictions are disrupting my nightly routine and aggravating my anxiety. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found workarounds within the portal? I'd appreciate any suggestions for alternative relaxation content that's still accessible.

Seeking advice: How to quiet an overactive mind at bedtime?

As a busy professional and fitness enthusiast, I find that when I finally have a moment of peace at night, my mind starts racing with thoughts about work deadlines, workout plans, and meal prep for the week ahead. How do you all manage to calm your minds and fall asleep when it feels like your brain just won't stop thinking? Any tips or techniques would be greatly appreciated!

Stuck at 11 weighted pull-ups - how to break through?

Hey everyone, I've hit a frustrating plateau with my weighted pull-ups. For the past 6 weeks, I've been stuck at 11 reps with a 30 lb weight belt on my first set, then 8-9 reps on my second set after a 5 minute rest. It feels like I've completely stalled out in terms of strength gains for pulling exercises. Has anyone else experienced this and found ways to push past it? I'm really eager to keep progressing. For context, my dips are still improving - I can do 14 reps with 45 lbs added. But pull-ups just aren't budging. Any tips or advice would be hugely appreciated! This plateau is really demotivating and I want to get back on track with building upper body strength.
