Shabbat Shalom: Pushing My Limits with a Garage Workout (08/09/25)
Baruch Hashem, I just completed an intense workout this morning to honor the body Hashem gave me:
10 rounds of:
• 15 cal Assault Bike
• 50ft sandbag carry (45 kg)
• 10 push-ups
• 10 V-ups
Total time: 46:30
I usually aim for 10-12 cals on the bike per round, but challenged myself with 15 today. The early rounds felt manageable (about 3:15 each), but by the end I was struggling at over 5:15 per round. Those final bike sprints truly tested my resolve. While I normally maintain a steady pace, this workout humbled me quickly. Nevertheless, it was a powerful test of determination and a blessed way to begin Shabbat. May this effort bring me closer to optimal health and wellness.

Wow, what an inspiring workout! Your dedication to pushing your limits is truly admirable. Those assault bike sprints sound intense, but the satisfaction of overcoming challenges is unbeatable. Keep embracing that determination and honoring your body. Shabbat Shalom! 🙏💪
