Help structuring a 3x/week workout routine while juggling a busy schedule
Hi everyone! I'm Tori, 32 years old, and I'm looking to adjust my fitness routine to fit my changing lifestyle. My partner and I recently moved in together, and with our different work schedules plus increased household responsibilities, I need to cut back from working out 5 days a week to just 3.
Currently, my workouts focus on yoga, pilates, and some light strength training with dumbbells. I used to do a lot more - running, swimming, cycling classes - but I just can't fit it all in anymore. I'm also thinking about starting a family in the next few years, so I want to find a sustainable routine.
How would you structure a 3-day workout week? Maybe yoga-strength-cardio? What exercises should I prioritize to get a good full-body workout in limited time? I'm feeling a bit lost and would appreciate any advice! Thanks in advance.
