Exercise program for maintaining my weight loss journey

As a 45-year-old woman who's gone from size 24 to 12 with Zotrim, I want to maintain my health and weight loss for the long-term. Here's my current exercise program - I'd love your thoughts on how to optimize it for longevity! Monday: 30 min brisk walking 3 sets of 10 squats 2 sets of 10 push-ups (modified on knees) 3 sets of 10 lunges each leg Wednesday: 30 min swimming 3 sets of 10 bicep curls with light weights 2 sets of 10 tricep dips 3 sets of 30 second planks Friday: 30 min stationary bike 3 sets of 10 leg presses 2 sets of 10 shoulder presses with light weights 3 sets of 20 crunches Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 45 min yoga or pilates class Sunday: Rest day I'm focusing on a mix of cardio and strength training. How can I improve this routine to support my continued health and weight maintenance as I age? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Great routine! Consider adding more variety to your cardio, like HIIT sessions. Increase strength training gradually to build muscle and boost metabolism. Don't forget flexibility work and balance exercises, crucial as we age. Stay consistent and listen to your body!
