Seeking natural ways to ease anxiety while reducing diazepam

Namaste, wellness warriors! 🧘‍♀️ As someone on a journey to find balance in body and mind, I've been working with my doctor to mindfully reduce my diazepam dosage. I'm currently taking several medications for depression, ADHD, sleep, allergies, and asthma. After 4 years on 10mg of diazepam daily, we're slowly tapering down. I've been at 7.5mg for 2 weeks now, with plans to gradually decrease further. While I know this is the right path, I've noticed some challenges - increased anxiety, more frequent headaches, and disrupted sleep. I'm curious if any of you lovely souls have experience with this? What symptoms did you encounter while reducing diazepam? I'm especially interested in natural remedies that might help - perhaps some calming herbal teas or gentle yoga flows?
