Hey everyone, I've put together a simple no-equipment workout that's perfect for us busy professionals, especially when traveling or short on time. It's based on some routines I found online, but I tweaked it to be a bit more challenging while still remaining beginner-friendly. This workout can definitely get you sweating! Here's the routine: Squats – 10 reps × 2 sets Jump Squats – 10 reps × 2 sets Calf Raises – 20 reps × 2 sets Reverse grip Push-Ups – 10 reps × 3 sets Push-Ups – 15 reps × 3 sets Prone Reverse Flys – 15 reps × 3 sets Plank – 1 minute Crunches – 10 reps × 2 sets Reverse Crunches – 10 reps × 2 sets Give it a try and let me know what you think!
