It was recommended that I try using your product from one of the coaches at my gym. Excellent recommendation, I started out using water with the protein just to get a feel for the true taste of the product. It was pretty good, good enough for me to continue using water for awhile until I started using orange juice and mangos. I drink a shake for a mid-morning snack and after a workout. Very good tasting and helps with my recovery .
