Tips for achieving a smooth yoga flow transition?

I've been practicing yoga for a while now, and I'm trying to refine my transitions between poses so they look more fluid and graceful. My goal is to achieve that seamless flow you see from experienced yogis, where one pose flows effortlessly into the next without any awkward pauses. I can hold most intermediate poses comfortably and do a 30-minute flow routine without breaks. I've also been working on more advanced balancing poses like crow pose and headstands. For those who have mastered fluid transitions, was it primarily about building more strength and flexibility, or is it more about refining technique and breath control? I'd love to hear from anyone who's made the switch from hesitant transitions to a completely smooth flow. What was the key that made it click for you?
