Advice for managing aggressive sleep behaviors?
Hello everyone, I've struggled with aggressive sleep behaviors for most of my life. I frequently thrash around, kick, and even punch in my sleep. It's gotten to the point where I've accidentally knocked over lamps and other objects. I believe these behaviors are connected to recurring stress dreams and nightmares I experience. While I've learned to cope with the bad dreams themselves, I'm concerned about potentially injuring myself or others, or damaging property during sleep. Has anyone found effective ways to manage similar sleep issues? I'm open to trying different approaches - meditation, sleep aids, physical restraints, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Verified Customer
This stuff works! As a male in his 40’s I didn’t realise how low my testosterone had dropped until I started taking Testogen. The impact was almost immediate and the benefits have been noticed by all. My partner has commented on my increased libido and says im sleeping more soundly. I certainly haven’t slept this well for ages and the libido is definitely a bonus. The gains in the gym are evident too. I feel more alert and like each session gets 100% effort. There are visual gains as a result too. Who knew I had abs?! And after only 2 months too! 100% happy and 100% returning!!
