Looking for the healthiest milk options - dairy or plant-based without additives
Hey everyone! Sara here. I've been trying to make healthier choices lately and I'm looking for recommendations on milk or milk alternatives that are good for you without any unnecessary additives.
It seems like most of the plant-based milks I see in stores have gums and other ingredients I'm not sure about. I'm open to dairy too, but I worry about the treatment of cows and environmental impact.
My goal is to find the most nutritious and beneficial option. I've considered buying canned coconut milk (100% coconut if possible) and diluting it with water. But I'm not sure if that's the best approach.
What do you all think? Any suggestions for clean, additive-free milk options - whether dairy or plant-based? I'd love to hear your experiences and recommendations!
I'm 28 years old and feeling really stressed about where my life is headed. I've been trying different wellness practices and self-care routines, but I still feel stuck. My career isn't progressing the way I hoped, and I'm worried about financial stability. It seems like everyone around me has their life together while I'm struggling to figure things out. The rising cost of living in my area doesn't help either. I know focusing on health and wellness is important, but it's hard not to worry about the future. Has anyone else felt this way? How did you move past it and find direction?
Managing Stress: Turning an Evolutionary Response into a Wellness Tool
As someone who has struggled with anxiety and stress, I've been learning about the evolutionary origins of our stress response. It's fascinating how what once protected us from predators now impacts our daily lives in modern society. I've found that understanding stress as an adaptive mechanism helps me reframe it more positively. Rather than fighting against stress entirely, I'm working on channeling that energy productively through exercise, meditation, and other healthy outlets. Have any of you had success with similar approaches to stress management? I'd love to hear your experiences and tips!
